what size group can you accommodate?

Austin Ranch DFW with use of the full grounds and lawns is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 3,000 guests. Our largest indoor space, Austin Ranch Roundup is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 500 guests.

is there a venue minimum?

At Austin Ranch DFW, we do not charge a venue rental fee for receptions or special events, but food and beverage minimums must be met. These minimums vary by event size, date(s), and location(s) selected.

do you allow outside catering?

With an on-site expert staff and an array of customizable menus and service styles, Austin Ranch DFW is the exclusive catering provider.

Please note, no outside catering, food, or beverage is allowed.

What about tables & linens?

Austin Ranch is pleased to provide recommendations on table arrangements, linens, and seating with quality choices already on-site for your special occasion.

Austin Ranch is located just footsteps from the Hilton DFW Executive Lakes Conference Center which is home to 393 newly remodeled guest rooms and suites. Ask our team how to secure a courtesy block for your guests.

As hotel guests of the Hilton DFW, your group will have full access to even more activities and amenities on-site.

what ranch activities are available?

are there horses or other ranch animals on-site?

Our western-themed venue offers an array of options for both indoor and outdoor adventure, however, we do not house any horses or ranch animals on-site.
